By accessing and using the services of the Centre for Structural Engineering Education (CSEE), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
CSEE provides structural engineering training workshops, internship programs, online consultation sessions, and related educational services. All services are delivered online unless otherwise stated.
Fees must be paid in full before attending a workshop or commencing the internship program, unless an instalment arrangement has been agreed. All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars and are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
Fees are refundable before the commencement of sessions and delivery of content. Once content has been delivered or shared, refunds are not available as the materials are copyrighted. Please refer to our Return Policy for full details.
All course materials, presentations, documents, and content provided by CSEE are protected by copyright and remain the intellectual property of CSEE. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without prior written consent.
CSEE provides educational content for informational purposes. While we endeavour to ensure accuracy, CSEE does not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of information or skills acquired through our programs.
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Australian Privacy Act 1988.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
